At House of Hope, our heart is to create a safe, supportive place for male individuals who are facing difficult and uncertain circumstances. While we do not have a physical building, we are actively working toward making this vision a reality and that's where your support makes all the difference.

We are currently raising funds to establish this dedicated transition home in our community. This future space will serve as a place of stability, restoration, and hope for those who need it most by addressing basic physical needs and by providing transitional housing and connecting individuals with community resources that will assist them in finding sustainable solutions.

Every dollar you give to the
House of Hope
goes towards securing and developing a Transition Home for individuals at risk in our community. And as we work toward establishing a physical location, donations are directly invested in the planning, development and set up of the House of Hope facility where men will be able to find refuge, stability and hope.
Our Mission Matters
Who We Are
Swift Current House of Hope Transition Home was founded by members of the community who recognized the need for accessible resources for male individuals in need. House of Hope intends to focus on providing essential support and transitional housing for men who are at risk. Our commitment lies in enhancing lives through connection and empowerment.
Why It Matters
The largest demographic of people experiencing housing insecurity in Swift Current are males 19-55. These individuals predominantly live "provisionally accommodated" (couch surfing, residing in vehicles etc.)

Currently Swift Current has limited options available for males without housing who are released from care or currently waiting for in-patient treatment.
Transitional housing closes the gap between a vulnerable state and long term success. Transitional housing can offer resources for those seeking stability and secure housing. This can reduce the vulnerable population by creating a personalized plan for each individual in need.
Our Initiatives
Housing Solutions
We intend to provide transitional housing aimed at facilitating a stable environment for men at risk, ensuring that their basic physical needs are met efficiently.
Community Outreach
Our outreach programs will connect men with essential community resources that assist in creating pathways to sustainable solutions, fostering independence.
Support Services
We will assist in connecting the individuals residents with community support services that provide personalized counseling that is tailored to their individual needs.
Resource Connections
Our service approach will emphasize connecting individuals with resources that help in their journey toward personal achievement and community integration through job training, and skills development.
Volunteer Program
We invite community members to get involved by joining our working Board of Directors and/or assisting with fundraising efforts by contributing their time and expertise to support our mission and help men reclaim their lives.
